Office Manager

Want to join our Academy team and make a difference in people's lives? Academy On-Demand is looking for an Office Manager for immediate hire. This position will be responsible for assisting with the daily operations of our organization, and contributing to providing a positive and successful interaction and student experience; duties include income/ expense/ budget tracking, overall management of administrative offices, supplies inventory and ordering, KPI reporting to CEO, instructor scheduling, assisting with social media management and supporting the incoming calls queue. organizing team building activities and the general organization of training areas. Other duties include but are not limited to participating in marketing strategy planning, copywriting, other administrative duties and attending outside events. 

Candidate Criteria

• Must be self directed and a self starter
• Proficient in Quickbooks online (or be willing to learn on your own time)
• MAC Computers proficient and Tech Savvy a plus 
• Facebook/ Instagram 
• Task driven yet good at thinking outside the box
• Highly organized and detail oriented 
• Bilingual in English and Spanish a plus 
• Have a particular affinity for constant innovation and change
• Academy Students/ graduates are given preference
